Céline Berger’s work sets out to explore the way in which we use corporate methods and discourses to describe and deal with the human resource. Her carefully scripted videos are centered around narrative structures using transcribed conversations and business literature. The very particular way in which the narration is delivered the character of the voices, their speed and intonation invites us to re-examine a worn out language and look behind its rational content.
